What determines how people treat you in the society?

There are certain factors that influence how people treat us in a society. One such factor is our social status. Your social status plays a major role in how others perceive and interact with you. We have seen how  memebers of the society respect the person with a certain social status than others with an opposite low profile within the same society. In fact even at a family level a member with high social status has their decision taken seriously than those  who have low social status. In view to the obove situations i would like to introduce two social statuses of a person and i called them ''Me" and "That"

Socially, a person has two social statuses according to Je theory,  namely "Me" and "That"

"Me" social stutus

This is a default social status everyone is born with. When you are born, you have nothing ; no attractive and useful  knowledge in the eyes of the society, no money or any material possessions, you are naturally just a human being. There is nothing much you contribute to the society that can make people pay attention or recognice you for. The community has nothing to do with you in many cases.

At this status it is mostly a family circle that recognize you and how important you are to them. This staus starts from childhood to adulthood.

The "Me" social status is constant in everybody's life. Since you are not able to offer anyhting to people at this time, people are not so willing to interact with you. It is more likely for a female gender to be liked unconditionally at "Me" status than a male gender.

"That" social status

That social status is for those individuals who have attained certain mileage in life in that perticular society. At this status, a person has money, material properties, high social position, skills/talent that attracts attention or respect from other members of the society.
Most of the time those individuals are rspected and loved becuse of  ''That" status they have achieved.  Your employer is able to pay you because of your skills contributing to the company. Your friends are respecting and talking good about you becuse you are able to buy them beer.

Many leaders and influencial people have 'That" status. They are famous and perceived important because of the skills or wealth they have accumulated.
Once those things fades they will no longer recieve the same treatment from the society.  That status can flactuate in the course of time in people's lives

A good exaple of how people apply this theory is when a rich man fakes being poor to attract genuine respect and love or a broke man fakes being rich to attract love. My question to you is; who is going to achieve their goal faster between a man who wants geniune attention and love by faking being poor and a poor man who fakes being rich to attract love and attention?

Summary

While some have both Me and That statuses some people remains on  "Me"
In reality Me status attracts unconditional attention and love while That staus will attract all sorts of  attention and respect. You wont know exactly which is which. This theory is open to interpretation of your choice depending on your personality and values.
