I am Jose Epicurus Phiri AKA Je Phiri, a certified clinician with over 10 years experience in diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions including sexually transmitted infections (STIs). I am also an experienced blogger who write about physical, mental and social health. While working for ministry of health Zambia I gained experiences from various seminars that I attended and I was equipped with additional skills in managing both infectious and non-infectious diseases.
My Goal
To see everyone in a "complete health" state. I shall achieve my goal through providing information about three types of health: The Physical, Mental and Social health. In addition I treat sexually transmitted infections in both male and females.
My Content
In order to achieve my goal I have designed my content to be based on three aspects of health, namely: Physical, Mental and Social health.
Physical health. To consist information about diseases(communicable and non-communicable); causes, treatment and prevention.
Mental health. To bring details about how mental illnesses come about, how to use different psychotherapies to treat them, how to prevent mental problems and also how to live a happy life.
Social health. We shall be talking about how to establish healthy relationships (families, work places, and other societies). How different social influences affect our lives. However, due to my experience in blogging I can also blog about anything else that I find interesting and useful for my audience.
