Driving instructor Video: He is Summoned by the Police in Lusaka.

RTSA has summoned a driving instructor in Lusaka who appeared to be abusing a learner driver in a viral video.

We saw a video circulating on social media a driving instructor shouting and hitting a leaner.

He was too harsh according to people .

Many of us thought it was a comedy video but today RTSA has called for the man to explain his behavior.

Stand pa angle iwe! says the instructor to the driver. Being a manual transmission car it was very difficult for him to manage it properly. The driving instructor was supposed to chill and find a solution for better way of doing  things. He was too harsh that's why RTSA summoned him for questioning
